Refund Policy

At Solis Home Iteriors, we strive to deliver exceptional interior design services. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding cancellations and refunds. Please note that this is a general overview, and any applicable written contract between the client and Solis Home Interiors will take precedence over the terms stated here.

 

1. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Solis Home Interiors

 

2. Refunds for Services Rendered

Interior design is a subjective process, and the outcome depends on individual preferences. No refund will be issued if a client is dissatisfied with the services rendered after they have been provided. We encourage open communication throughout the design process to ensure expectations are met.

 

3. Paint Color Suggestions

All paint color suggestions provided are recommendations only. Clients are responsible for testing paint samples before proceeding, as factors such as lighting, reflections, and surrounding elements can influence the final result. Solis Home Interiors is not liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from paint application.

4. Written Contracts

In cases where a written contract exists between the client and Solis Home Interiors, the terms outlined in the contract will supersede this Refund Policy. Please refer to your contract for additional details.
